You only need Chrome or another Chromium-based browser and the downloaded package.
Unzip the package
Open your Downloads folder and double-click Limen.zip. Keep the resulting Limen folder somewhere you will not accidentally delete it.
Open Chrome Extensions
In Chrome, enter chrome://extensions in the address bar. Turn on Developer mode using the switch in the upper-right corner.

Choose Load unpacked, then select the unzipped Limen folder. Chrome adds Limen and activates it in supported AI tabs that are already open.
Write normally and press Send
Choose Replace and send. Tagged view shows exactly what the AI received. Prompts marked classified or highly confidential are protected in full as [CONFIDENTIAL_1]. The word confidential by itself does not trigger this rule.
